Paleo Cobb Salad

You can make the Cobb traditional salad nutritious and tasty by adding veggies and proteins. You have to prepare the ingredients earlier in the day before you assemble the Paleo dinner Cobb salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice the chicken or the turkey breast into half inch cubes
  2. Secondly place the lettuce on the plate and then top with the turkey or chicken breast, avocado and tomatoes.
  3. Thirdly, sprinkle the bacon crumbles on the four plates
  4. Then drizzle ranch dressing over the salad
  5. Place the egg wedges on the outer part of each plate
  6. You can then serve it

The blue cheese has traditionally been used as one of the main ingredients in the Cobb Salad. It has however been eliminated to create a nutritious dairy free dinner.  The Cobb salad is traditionally gluten free.
