Mixed Greens Salad
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 5 cups mixed greens
- 1 raw chopped asparagus
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the mixed greens on a plate.
- Top with the mixed greens with asparagus, and apple.
- Dress your salad with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
