Mixed Greens Salad

  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1 raw chopped asparagus
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the mixed greens on a plate.
  2. Top with the mixed greens with asparagus, and apple.
  3. Dress your salad with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Enjoy!
