Paleo Coffee

Paleo Coffee is probably one of the best drink for jump starting your body and mind, no matter what time of the day it is (unless of course you’re going to bed). Drinking a 12 ounce cup is just the right amount of caffeine and coupled with the coconut oil, provides a great and healthy source of healthy saturated fats.

This drink is a big part of the Paleo Diet Plan (or the paleo detox) as I drink 1 cup every morning on my way to losing over 20 pounds in 30 days.

Paleo Coffee

Total Time to Make: 5 minutes

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cooking Time: 3 minutes

Servings: 1


  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee or any coffee of your choice that does not contain preservatives
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a coffee mug.
  2. Boil 12 or more ounces of filtered water.
  3. Pour water into the coffee mug and enjoy.
