Strawberry Mousse with Cranberries

Ingredients

  • Strawberry ( 1 ½ cups),
  • Honey ( 3/4 cup),
  • Water ( ½ cup),
  • Fruits ( cranberry and black berry 3/4 cup),
  • Dry fruits (1/3rd cup of chopped pecan, raisins).

Direction

  1. Mix honey with water and strawberry pulp in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Shift the content to a stock pan and heat for 20 minutes till it becomes a viscous liquid.
  3. Add the fruits (cranberry and black berry) to the liquid. Ladle in individual ice cream cups and refrigerate for 1 hour at least.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits before serving.
